I sincerely regret for the issues you have encountered and please be assured that your experience does not reflect the service that we usually provide, and the team has been reminded to be extra cautious when handling any guest’s request next time as we later on found out on Expedia extranet your request to amend the arrival date.The hotel usually charges the full night stay when the guest checks-out after 6PM, and in this case , hotel was completely full due to the Energy conference and the team informed me that you were only charged 50% of your daily rate as the checkout was 11PM .
