The person at the reception for check in was very unprofessional, very bad service. I was with my son checking in on Christmas evening and I waited in line patiently, when it was my turn he left another guest cut the line and spoke to him for 10 mins, I had to remind him that I was in the line and he should attend to me first. He argued with me before he realised he was wrong. His name is Medhin. He needs more training on customer service.
