"Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Punta Popy Boutique Hotel! Le service était exceptionnel et les propriétaires, un couple vraiment gentil, attentionné et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié tous leurs conseils pour découvrir les plus beaux endroits de la région. Nous avons également pu louer un quad directement à partir de l’hôtel, avec une organisation simple et entièrement clé en main. L’hébergement est charmant, très tranquille et légèrement en retrait du bruit, tout en étant bien situé. Une superbe expérience du début à la fin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 %!"

"The location is just a short walk to the main street and the beach. The unit was great in space have a huge living with a nice terrace, full kitchen and full baths. The entrance is by a narrow street with just one way lane. They have parking. The wifi works well and they have beach towels. Recommended if you want a place to sleep close to dining options in front of the beach."

SO LUXURY VILLA with sea and nature view

"Starting off our journey from Santo Domingo by renting a new SUV was a great move out of the gate. The roads are excellent all the way to Las Terrenas(1000 pesos in tolls) and then the roads got interesting once we arrived. Narrow streets, huge potholes, speedbumps, and scooters everywhere made for some challenging but fun driving. We got a little turned around trying to find the villa but co host Alinardo came to our rescue and lead the way. The villa is tucked on top of a peaceful mountain surrounded by lush jungle vegetation. When you arrive, the open air space with handmade furnishings gave a rich tropical oasis feel to the property. The pool and the views were spectacular. Waking up each morning to those views was worth every peso. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook( minus herbs and spices) and the bedrooms were minimialistic and the beds comfortable. Running the A/C at night in the 4 bedrooms cost us about 18US/ extra a day in electricity. Definitely worth it for a cool nights sleep. The beaches are phenomenal, definitely not walkeable from the villa, especially in the June heat but easily driveable. Shopping in the fishermans market for fresh shrimp and Mahi, buying local tropical fruit, bread and pastry from the local bakery made cooking meals at home very affordable and delicous. Overall, fantastic trip and we would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful jungle oasis thats close to everything."
