Front desk was also really confused about me having prepaid on Hotels.com and held us up from leaving because of this, even though I told them at check-in time. "I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon."
