"Taxi driver got very lost trying to find the hotel in the dark when we arrived. PLEASE put a sign on the main road & on the hotel door to help people find it. Breakfast wasn't served until 9am so we were unable to take it as we were on a work trip. Please consider travellers who are travelling for work and need to get to meetings by 9am so cannot wait for a late breakfast."

"We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon."

"Gorgeous relaxing beach. Rooms are fine, but a little "tired". Spend the money to stay on the beach side of the resort. Parking is a bit of a problem (a long hike from the entrance). Pool side was enjoyable (although limited hours) and bar/wait staff were especially attentive. Reception can be a little slow. We would definitely stay again!"

"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...
