"Staff did not offer water or any amenities to a Bonvoy member, and were generally rushing the entire check-in process with no interest in the guest. In addition, the room was never checked, no new towels provided, and plumbing did not function well. The property is in a great location and could be exceptional, but daily services and upkeep are ignored."

It was wasn’t enough syrup for those huge pancakes. My room was clean. A bit small but still a good room. "This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
