1 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom, located in a large property which also has a house with swimming pool and garden, in a peaceful street.
The apartment is furnished, equipped, with TV, wifi and bedding and towels.
Free services: cleaning, change of sheets & laundry of guests' clothes.
Guests can access the swimming pool and the garden.
A guard is always on site.
Walking distance from American school ICSA and Blaise Pascal high school.

You will stay in an independent apartment, within a larger property which includes a house. The garden and swimming pool are shared. You also have access to an outdoor space next to the swimming pool.

The apartment is very elegant, with vaults and white walls. In addition to a sofa, there is a dining table. The kitchen is located as an extension of the living room.
In the master bedroom there is a large king size bed, with a foldable sofa which also turns into a double bed. A person can also sleep on the large sofa in the living room.

The king size bed has a premium Makassi Gold mattress and high-quality 100% cotton bedsheets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner cooker + oven, fridge, with microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There are plenty of cooking tools. An exterior BBQ is available by the pool.

Bed sheets, blanckets, towels and toiletries are provided for free.

A caretaker is on site at all times and will take care of the cleanliness of your accommodation and wash and iron your personal belongings.

The neighborhood is very quiet, so I'm looking for quiet tenants. Please no loud music and no big parties. Having one or two friends over is no problem as long as it doesn't bother the neighbors.

Guests have access to the garden and to the swimming-pool.

The Residence has a concierge 24h. He cleans the apartment and changes your sheets, blankets, and towels.
He will also take care of your laundry (free of charge).
