"The pool and Hot Tub were over chlorinated and burnt your eyes to use it. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a good selection but the dining room was small and crowded. When I went to the front desk to ask for extra shower towels I was told to go find the cleaning cart and ask for one there. I had to search 3 floors to find the cleaning ladies to get a towel. It was okay but the service could have been better. "
