"Such a charming old hotel with lots of history. Comfortable sleep and wonderful breakfast included in a huge dining area. However there are no elevators and our room was in 2nd story so not wheelchair friendly"
"A slight hiccup with a dead battery caused a delay in getting into the room but staff responded quickly considering maintenance had to be brought in on a Friday night. Otherwise, great place for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable with very good in-room amenities. Decent self-serve breakfast options. And very close to the Trans-Canada highway. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this spot! We had excellent communication with Barb leading up to and during our stay. We loved having use of the hot tub and sauna to relax, and the gated yard was a real bonus for our dog to run around safely while we enjoyed a slow start to the days in the outdoor lounge area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed for our stay. There were separate towels for hot tub use, a board games cupboard, a little library to grab a book to read, and a fully stocked fridge in the shared kitchen for breakfast and snack items. The river view was lovely, and very close to walk to the pub and downtown. We will definitely be back in the future! "
