"This property was exactly as represented. It was so beautiful inside and had views for days. The owners shared recommendations from restaurants to grocery stores. The location was perfect for exploring the village. We only needed the car to take a tour at one of the nearby wineries. The home itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and laid out. A neighbor greeted us upon arrival with keys, a tour and a history lesson of the property and the village. We felt at home from the moment we stepped over the threshold. It was the best part of our 2 weeks in Italy. We hope to return another time. Thank you Eric and Rita for providing this lovely home!"

"Very good experience in the middle of a rural and wine region in Abruzzo. Nice and cozy room with nice touches and family atmosphere. Very good breakfast served with care and love. "We really enjoyed our stay at this rustic, charming, old farmhouse surrounded by acres of property The place is very quiet and calming and we enjoyed sitting on the courtyard with a glass of wine enjoying the quiet country ambiance. The house has two large bedrooms, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. No A/C, but the thick walls keep the place cool and the numerous windows provide a nice fresh breeze. If you like peace and quiet, especially at night, this place is for you. Francesca is a great hostess who communicated well, and her husband Luca gave a great tour and background of the property in English. There are a couple other farms nearby, so you might hear a chicken or a happy donkey braying at mealtime. Be advised that the upper floor is accessed through a compact spiral staircase, so anybody with mobility issues should not rent this property. Getting heavy luggage up to the upper floor can be a bit of a workout, but we took advantage of it to work off those large meals!"
