"Lovely venue but room amenities could do with modernising and the road noise was not muffled by the windows."

"Hotel is in a great location with easy access into the city centre. There is also a Wetherspoons opposite the hotel. The hotel is in gorgeous well maintained grounds , and the building clearly has a lot of history. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice…When visiting Leeds would happily stay again."
