We thought that the hotel was more junky garage-sale furnished rather than charming. Courtyard and parking area were not well maintained and were dirty. Room was adequate . It was just ok. Nothing at all special. Getting our car into the parking area was challenging- extremely narrow gated entry that was not well marked. We expected much more after reading reviews. Would not stay there again.

wonderful, gracious and helpful staff, charming, like a country estate, beautifully decorated, lounge and bar area beautiful, delicious breakfast, shower perfect, spacious room with comfortable bed, would definitely stay there again

The style and setting is unique. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us as well as the other guests comfortable. Peter in particular was outstanding in welcoming us and providing excellent information to orient us to the neighborhood, shopping and dining options. Five stars all around.

Fantastic location and lovely setting, room was great, no bath which was a slight disappointment. Breakfast was good but very expensive.

A Wonderful place to Stay
Hotel Villa de Provence was a wonderful place to stay! The ambiance, location, furnishings, cleanliness & staff were excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone. Hope we can visit there again.

Great hotel
Charming hotel in a great location near shopping, restaurants and 10 min walk to Aros museum. Emma in reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Overall very pleased. Only complaints were no ability to create hot-water in room for coffee/tea - but was available at reception -- and is older building so could hear upstairs guest stomping around as I was trying to fall asleep at 11pm.

Provence style but in a bad condition. Missing amenities. Some extra power plugs, shelves and definitely light in the rooms. No ironing table or iron.

Wish it as ourhouse instead of Aarhus
Love this place and would definitely stay again. Great location and easy to find and park. Such and easy recommend for anyone wanting something in this style of stay.

Amazing and unique hotel in the best location to walk everything in Aarhus C. Friendly staff and very attentive and willing to help with recommendations for restaurants, navigating COVID restrictions, etc.

The place to stay
Perfect location within walking distance of Aros, the old city, the main shopping street and Aarhus Street food. Excellent service. Especially loved the decor in the hotel and the room. Will be back.

Best location, amazing service.
Amazing hotel in the ideal location to walk anywhere in the city. Staff was excellent and I enjoyed the courtyard. Parking is available and that makes it a big plus.
