"Clean place with lots of space near Alexanderplatz, restaurants and shopping. Laundry in the basement FREE, but bring detergent. It is a bit loud with the windows open but quiet with the windows closed. Can sometime smell marijuana with the windows open. Convenient to shopping stores and a grocery store and liquor stores. Also cafes and restaurants."
