"The staff is above & beyond amazing but the rooms are teeny tiny capsule closet looking spots that feel claustrophobic. Also, had pubic hairs in my shower when arriving. Besides that there were protesters for better wages at the hotel next door making crazy noise at 7 am & construction noises and ambulances all night since it’s the city. Bar is great! Good bites, friendly staff, great location right by riverwalk. "

"Upon entering the hotel, the staff was friendly and courteous. It smelled like they had just got done cleaning the place. I stayed in an all-girls 4-bed dorm on the 4th floor. The room met the description. Overall, it was in good shape. Maybe a little chipped paint on the ceiling but I am not in Chicago to stare at the walls and ceiling all day. The bedding and towels did not have any stains, and were obviously freshly laundered. There was room under the bunk for me to store my carry-on sized...
