"The room service is not consistent. On day one, I asked for additional bottles for free water. The staff delivered it. On the second day, I asked for the same thing, the staff on the phone said that only two bottles of water is for the entire stay. But I booked the room for four people and I paid for that too. Why only two bottles are given?"

"This is our second time at The Grayson because we loved the first one so much! Unfortunately, the outside pool was under construction (and we had no idea) and we ended having to spend our days at different hotels/beach clubs, which was a little annoying. Overall still a very good experience. Can’t wait to go back next year!"

"I was very pleased with the state of the property. Cleanliness was paramount throughout the property. The room size was as expected, very compact, but it wasn't an issue for the 2 of us for 1 night pre-cruise. Location was within walking distance of the attractions of Bayside, All in all, it was a great stay"

"Disappointed in rooftop closure, bars not open and nobody told me before my date. I picked the hotel for the rooftop bar for nighttime and it was closed. The other bars were also closed. The downstairs bar in Wyn Wyn was slow service and food was not good. Paid for fries batter on a plate. Average bar food not good quality. The rooms didn’t have basic things like extra blankets, toothpaste, and it was out of body wash. This was not worth it. "
