"Excellent hotel, close to sites"
Very modern hotel with lovely amenities. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We stayed on two separate occasions. The first was on the 5th floor in a suite which was huge with its own outdoor patio. The 2nd time, on the main floor looking into the inner courtyard. While both were lovely, there was a big discrepancy between the size of the two rooms. Both were priced similarly and were classed as the same. It just seemed odd to me that there was was such a range. Other than that, we have a great experience and would go back.

"Comfortable hotel in good location "
Stayed here for four nights in December. Lovely location. Quiet, cobbled street on the edge of the old town. Round the corner from a delightful little square served by several small bars, cafe's, restaurants and shops. Felt peaceful, relaxed and safe to walk around at any time of day or night. The hotel was a warm and welcoming abode to return to after long winter days spent walking around the city. The lobby or foyer area was so cosy and inviting. Small, nicely decorated and furnished. Room125 on first floor overlooking front cobbled street was very spacious and light. It lacked, however, the lovely touches of the lobby area. Instead, it felt rather somber with the few items of furniture simply looking lost in the large area. That said, the room was served by good amenities such as effective lighting, comfortable seating, ample wardrobe and drawer space, an efficient individually controlled air conditioning/heating ststem, and a very attractive, functional bathroom. I found the bed very comfortable, although my husband complained of the mattress being too soft. Both of us agreed, however, that the pillows were lumpy affairs which could do with being of better quality. A pillow menu would be much appreciated by many, I'm sure. Saying that, I slept soundly every night. No small achievement for a light sleeper such as I. Breakfast was plenty, although nothing special. Hot buffet was disappointing as eggs, sausages etc were consistently "rubberised". Cost far too high.

"Great location,Exceptional service!"
This was my and my boyfriend's first trip to Poland. Hotel Bristol is next door to the Presidential Palace, which not only is beautiful but also made us feel safe. It is located between the Old and New towns in Warsaw, so it makes sightseeing very convenient. There are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would like to especially thank our concierge, Michal. He was very helpful with suggesting places to see in Warsaw, as well as helping us to buy our train tickets to Krakow. It was my boyfriend's birthday while we were there and Michal helped to make this day extra special by making reservations at a traditional polish restaurant in town, as well as sending a beautiful and delicious piece of cake up to our room. The hotel is very clean, and very beautiful inside and out. It also offers a cafe, a restaurant, and a wine bar. I will also point out that, being from the US, our Polish is very limited, but everyone was very kind and understanding, as well as appreciative of the few words and phrases that we had learned. I would highly recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone, especially if it is your first time in Warsaw,Poland.

"Beware the hotel taxi fares"
Modern 20 floor tower block close to the metro in the centre of modern Warsaw. Comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms with bath and shower, and tea making facilities. Good wi-fi, and computers set up to print boarding passes. Excellent buffet breakfast but expensive - almost two thirds of the room rate that we paid. Wanted to go to Wilanow Palace by taxi and bell boy asked if we wanted hotel taxi - "fixed rate but perhaps a discount for you", Return taxi back cost less than half hotel rate.

"Crowed by groups"
It is not easy to walk 20 min with heavy luggage in the night on the rainy day. It is recommended to use taxi. But, my travel guide book tells that taxi drivers in Warsaw are not trustable.
