"Whilst room was clean. & reasonably comfortable... BEWARE .. appreciative of an early check in approx noon - but after unpacking open the curtains huge construction literally 2 metres from window so worked out why we obtained it! -disappointing as obviously hotel was not full. without our knowledge an amount of 500chf was charged to our CC (Although full amount was paid on arrival!) & put 'on hold' only found out when checking out.. apparently an administrative error??!! said they would adjust it but not really good when u r travelling for weeks"
