"We were upgraded to a suite with a pool and the room was excellent. Yoga on the beach every morning was a great addition and the teacher was excellent! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed all the evening activities including the cinema night and star gazing. The food was great and we can’t wait to come back! "

"Amazing hotel with spectacular pool view. Good location. Wonderful breakfast with lots of varieties especially the menu offering Greek Benedict and omelette. Front desk service is generally good. A note to improve is to assign bell boy to help guests with lots of baggages to board golf cart as they have to manage not spilling over the nice welcoming drink :-)"

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service...

"The hotel has everything you could need and staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is amazing and lots of options. Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. The pools are really nice with lots of sunbeds available and the beach is attached to the hotel. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. "
