"This is a beautiful, well-decorated home in an unbeatable location—just steps from the City Dock, USNA, and Main Street. The house was very comfortable, and everyone raved about the beds and pillows! The management team was a pleasure to work with—super easy to reach by text and always quick to respond.Parking in downtown Annapolis can be tricky, but we were always able to find street parking nearby without too much trouble. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family—unless, of course, they’re planning to visit the same weekend we are… in that case, I’d definitely not recommend it!"

"Perfect for our stay! We had a booth at the power boat show this weekend and the house was very conveniently located. It was an easy walk back and forth to the house. It was very comfortable, decorated nicely and well stocked with everything we needed to cook some of our meals at the house including clean, unscratched pans which you rarely see at a rental house. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We appreciated being able to park at the house before our check in and after our check out. We would stay here again. "

"The house was simply perfect. Just as described on line. The host responded immediately to any questions immediately and was so accommodating.The location could not have been any better. We were within walking distance to every thing that we needed and our car never left the private parking space that came with the house. That was a huge plus not having to search and pay for parking.We will definitely stay here again."

"This B&B is in such a perfect location! Easily walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Staff was immediately attentive and there for your every need. Rooms were wel appointed but a bit on the small side. Living room and front porch were wonderful places to relax and take in the sights or just chill on the porch swing. Breakfast choices were all delicious and graciously served. Only drawback was parking was pretty pricey for the small lot. Definitely reccommend!"
