"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the Naval Academy and to the State House. Great restaurants close by. Nice breakfast included. Only hesitations are that it's a bit pricey, and it was difficult to get the room temp under 68 (we were there in mid-November)."

"This is a beautiful, well-decorated home in an unbeatable location—just steps from the City Dock, USNA, and Main Street. The house was very comfortable, and everyone raved about the beds and pillows! The management team was a pleasure to work with—super easy to reach by text and always quick to respond.Parking in downtown Annapolis can be tricky, but we were always able to find street parking nearby without too much trouble. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family—unless, of course, they’re planning to visit the same weekend we are… in that case, I’d definitely not recommend it!"

We were within walking distance to every thing that we needed and our car never left the private parking space that came with the house. That was a huge plus not having to search and pay for parking.We will definitely stay here again."
