"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and welcoming stay in Lisbon. The atmosphere is warm from the moment you arrive. The lobby is beautifully presented, the restaurant and bar are inviting, and the spa area is exceptionally quiet and rejuvenating, with a gym accessible to all guests. I chose to include breakfast, which turned out to be fabulous. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was genuinely touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture: a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of their Divai house champagne, and two glasses waiting in my room. This, combined with the consistently friendly and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. They absolutely deserve a five‑star rating. "
