"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way.
