"Cannot massage in room not convenient enough"

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. A few of us got sick on our last day and they were very understanding with allowing late checkout 2 hours longer. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. Our bathroom could have been cleaner and the room had a smell to it. The other 3 rooms were fine. I can’t fault the staff, alway smiling, friendly and enjoyed a laugh. "
