Family Mart was right around the corner and 7-11 was across the street. Hamamatsucho station was about a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were a little small but quite normal in Japan. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an area that isn’t very crowded."

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "
