Staff are pleasing and efficient but only a few speak good English. The rooms in Building 9 are significantly better than those in the other buildings. The breakfast buffet is very good and good value for money. Like most moderately priced hotels in China, it's a bonus if all the plumbing and heating works in your room.

"Good Hotel for the Money"
This is a decent hotel with good rooms. I asked for non smoking and the room appeared to be non smoking (no cigarette smells) but there was an ashtray and a sign that said not to smoke in bed? The staff were courteous but did not speak English at all. The hotel advertises in Chinese and English, so it would be expected that staff at the front desk spoke some basic English. The restaurant on the second floor was great for breakfast buffet but other meals were entirely in Chinese with no one speaking English to explain the entrees on an iPad. The lobby restaurant was easier as they had a normal menus with pictures. Overall I had a decent stay and would rate them hire if they actually spoke some English.

"Nice hotel , will definitely stay here next time."
I really like this hotel , for the price it an awesome place to stay in Haidian District, Beijing. .It is a little far from downtown Beijing , but should be ok. First of all , this hotel is new , so its really clean and good, friendly staff even though some of them had hard time understanding English, they tried to help me in ordering Vegetarian Food , its just that you have to talk slow and to the point :) Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is in the Adjacent building so there are couple good restaurants and ATM machine in their lobby , which can be used as both Aloft and Four Point is owned by Starwood properties.
