"Wonderful property and highly recommended as a resort. The only problem was a maintenance issue with the in-room balcony. It is possible to get trapped on the balcony if you close the door behind you since it locks automatically when closed. This is a problem since people would naturally close the door behind them to keep the air conditioning inside. The hotel staff said this happened to someone else and it is being addressed. If it were not for this, I would give give stars to this hotel. Don't let this stop you from booking here. It's wonderful."
