"The hotel is impressive. It's fun to stay in a castle.The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining area is beautiful. The hotel has its own parking lot and you will need a car to get around this area. There isn't easy access to public transportation.With a car, it's just a 10-15 minute drive to Dublin City Center, Howth, or the Airport. I recommend visiting Howth, if you have time. It is a village on the coast with a beautiful cliff walk and several pubs, restaurants, markets and boutiques."

"Dublin is not the place I remember, a lot of street homelessness, gangs of immigrants and toung lads. The streets were covered in rubbish…however the Irish are a friendly bunch and know how to have a good time. It was nice to go back but that will be it now…farewell Dublin."

"The hotel is having a major revamp our room was at the end of a landing which was in full on construction mode on arrival. Plastic covered carpet throughout. Early flight so up at 01.30 for shower. Unusable and very dangerous. The water was scalding hot and the more you turned it to cold the hotter it got. Told reception who told me to leave a comment in my review, or i should email the manager! When i booked the accommodation I wasn't told of the building works, if I had, i would have booked another hotel. Apart from night porter, the staff were lovely and professional "
