"I found a bread roll in my closet. My room isn’t as clean as I expected considering the price I paid. Very helpful staff. I pick this hotel because of airport shuttle but shuttle don’t operate until 8am unfortunately I must leave at 6am. Excellent breakfast. 2 restaurants and they are similar with western and Japanese options."

"This is in a great location, choir to a Metro line and Chuo Park, and McDonald's lol. Comfortable beds. No microwave but there's is an electric tea pot and coffee maker, and fridge. I liked that w got new water bottles every day with room service. I stayed here and also the Shijuku Washington Main Hotel and I liked this place better."

"Great location, comfortable room. On site amenities we found extremely convenient were the coin laundry, a luggage storage, some restaurants and a kombini at the main hotel (next to the annex). Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to use a luggage transfer service. It is a big hotel, but we did not experience any inconvenience."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load. The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on a rod against the wall. The bathroom fan also stayed on all the time blowing air into the bathroom. There was no switch to turn it off. Plus the bathroom was muggy all the time. It would have been nice if it had better ventilation."
