"The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly not working, which delayed getting our room key at check-in - I had already completed the available online check-in process ahead of arrival. A similar issue arose when trying to check out. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and I have to say this is not what I expect. The staff did their best and were helpful and polite when needed in this respect but, like us, were lot down by inadequate systems. I must add that otherwise I found the hotel excellent"

"Very nice room - incredible view of Grand Place. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. All I will say is the terrace bar can get very busy in the summer so don't be too disappointed if you can't get a seat there. Would definitely stay again, though."

"During our stay in Lille, the weather was around 28°C. Although the room didn’t have air conditioning, it was surprisingly comfortable and not too hot. The hotel provided a fan as per requested, which was very helpful. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that both free parking and breakfast were included. Overall, it was great value for money."
