"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "This was my first time staying at a Dormy Inn, and as expected from its reputation, it was a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided great service, and I really enjoyed the thoughtful little touches, including the complimentary Yonaki Soba (late-night noodles). I was especially pleasantly surprised by how delicious the welcome grape juice was. Although it is a bit of a walk from the JR station, it is definitely a hotel I would recommend."

"We loved our stay! We’re from out of town, so being able to glamp with the needed tools to cook was such a fun experience. It’s also a good location to do activities at Mt. Fuji and the nearby lakes. Not all staff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. Despite this, they were all very professional and helpful. One thing to note, it is in the nature so there are bugs and leaf that got in the room. Bring bug spray!"
