"This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. 3 with a push. Aircon broken on arrival. Bathrooms and room never cleaned once during my 4-day stay. At best, towels were changed and bed made. Nothing more. I even had to ask for a replenishment of shower gel. Luggage scattered around reception (no safe storage closet). Food was palatable…strange how the reception encouraged me away from their hotel food to their sister restaurant (for which I would need to pay). Convenient location. Don’t try use the...
