"This has to be one of the worst facilities we have ever stayed in.
Dirty floors, uncleaned sinks, rusty appliances and cutlery, holes in bed sheets, brown stains and mould on towels, bird or lizard faeces in the bathroom, water heater turns on and off then explodes, soap left over from previous tenants, shower rose clogged with calcium, dirt instead of grass, sun lounge cushions ripped and so much chlorine in the pool that it changed the colour of my underpants and tarnished my wife's...
