It was so convenient to be able to make meals and have a chance to catch up before and after our workday. Jordan was an amazing host and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend as an alternative to staying in a hotel. "

"The house is very unique with lots of character! We would have loved to learn more about the history of the house. Loved the decor and spacious bedrooms, plenty of room for a large group! Not a lot of room for parking for the amount of people that can stay in the house, so cars have to park on the street. Did not receive check-out information from host. Overall we had an enjoyable stay."

"This rental met and exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were first-rate, the location was ideal [we wanted to be within a healthy walk to University of Pennsylvania; there was also a trolley line], and there was a marvelous park nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was very eclectic. As a bonus, we had to adjust our accommodations at the last minute due to a family medical emergency, and both the host and the property manager went above and beyond to be considerate and adaptive to our needs. I would give this place my highest recommendation."
