"All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible."

Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because...

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub. "

"A beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast in a wonderful setting - staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Be sure to make a reservation for the rooftop bar even if staying at the hotel - we were advised it wasn’t necessary and were disappointed to find no tables available. The next night we made a reservation and waited 40 minutes for a bottle of water and two cocktails. Other than this experience the hotel and staff were fantastic! "

"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee.
Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees.
