It was a truly warm and welcoming, old style bed and breakfast inn. We could walk to the Col Reiser Gondola and went for one of the most beautiful hikes we’ve ever had up at the top of the gondola. "Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Theo and Maria were such lovely and helpful hosts. They helped us with bike storage, gave restaurant recommendations, and more. The apartment was so nice and looked exactly like the photos, with it being on the colder side in Val Gardena when we stayed the apartment was so warm and comfortable. Just a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the little village. We hope to come back!"
