"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "

"Window and terrace very noisy. Trams early hours and late at night . Windows require soundproofing. Entrance door code not working. No one on site to deal with access issues."

"decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they...

"Appartment was in basement beside the main road very noisey Quiet hot in summer. Fans barely works. Otherwise clean."

"Clean, modern property with a comfortable bed, nice body products and lovely balconies in a trendy area of Zurich. We found it very walkable for our 2 night stay exploring the city before journeying to other areas in Switzerland. Digital, contactless check-in and check-out was seamless. Would not recommend this property to folks who aren’t tech savvy. Make sure to download WhatsApp to communicate with the host company. "

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. "

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. The electronic key did not work all the time. While in the building, wifi was adequate. Parking is paid (CHF 7 per 24...
