"Came for my 35th bday. Everything was perfect!! We arrived around 430pm and was so nice to hear that there's FREE Champagne and snack at the lounge everyday for guests from 5pm! How come no review was mentioning that! Room was spacious, bath amenities were all lovely! I even got the Diptyque X Signiel shampoo gift box when check-out cuz i loved it! Room service was very good the outdoor heated pool was a dream! This will be my go-to hotel if ever come back to Busan! Next time I'd try the buffet breakfast!"
