"Our cabin was perfect, we woke to 4 deer out the picture window on the back of the cabin. The sunrise view over Lake Yellowstone from the lodge porch was magnificent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming."

"The snow lodge was a nice hotel with most staff being very friendly and helpful. We liked our room, which was very spacious. It was easy to hear people talking in the hallway so whether you can enjoy a quiet night is pretty much up to the others staying on the same floor as you. In its dining room we had a waiter that completely failed to serve us. He ignored our table for most part of our time there, never brought us water and the drinks we ordered, and in the end gave us the bill that included...

"This hotel is on the National Historic Register, original part built in 1890 sited on the shore of Yellowstone Lake. No TV, No Wifi, no A/C, cell service shows 4G but no internet. Old school architecture, clean, staff friendly. Reservations can be spendy. Restaurant is a bit $$$ and definitely requires a reservation to ensure you get served, but it is inside the park and the next nearest restaurant is at old faithful. Sunroom is next to restaurant and bar, very nice to sip a drink and watch...
