"Loud kids running in hall unchecked much of evening. Everything else great. A guest services. No coffee at front desk to make in room. But premade coffee free 24/7 if you felt like going downstairs for it. Overall i was satisfied."

"The room was spacious and clean and the staff great. Convenient to have an on site breakfast.The location so close to the west gate made getting in and out of the park easy and quick. Staying in West Yellowstone offers many different dining and shopping options. I would stay there again and comfortable in recommending this to family and friends."

"A lot of ppl complain about this hotel because it doesn’t have a TV or internet service. Are you kidding me right now??!! You have Old Faithful and miles of hiking right outside your hotel, don’t sit there and watch TV, get out and breathe the air and move! We just opened the window (no AC) cool breeze and fresh air! Remember, this is a hotel built in 1908, rich in American history, it’s not a luxury hotel, think of the expense as a donation to the Parks Service if that makes you feel better. I do believe that they made this hotel hold so many guests that the staff have a hard time just keeping up with the day to day basic needs of everyone/maintenance so you don’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling. I think they are busting butt just to keep up so not a lot of “extra” attention can be given by staff. But it was still a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful, iconic hotel."

"This was an overnight stop before going to park. It was clean and comfortable in our King Deluxe room. It was a bit noisy as it is an older hotel. The bathroom was clean, water was hot, toilet is private and bed was comfortable with ample pillows. I would stay again if I dropped be that way again."

"I believe the complimentary breakfast is the best one offered by a motel in town. Although all lodging in West Yellowstone is expensive, this motel is the best value we found."
