"Perfection in paradise"
From the moment you arrive to departure everything is perfection and everyone is friendly and willing to do anything it takes to make your stay with them full of great memories. Reality of the resort is even better than the photos. Cannot recommend this enough the personal touches and the family feel is something to treasure that you just can never get from large resorts. This is the best place to go in fiji.

"Amazing resort with fantastic staff!"
The resort was beautiful & the staff incredible. Tim & the rest of the staff made you feel at home. The food was five star. All the employees were very friendly & took the time to make you feel as though you were a local. I would definitely recommend this place. Tim would make an awesome general manager as he goes out of his way with the rest of the hard working staff to make your stay very pleasant!

"Fab, relaxing getaway"
Beautiful small island which is perfect for some down time & relaxing. We had 6 nights on Barefoot & it was perfect for some snorkeling, kayaking, beach time & walks. The local workers are absolutely gorgeous & so friendly! We were able to see some manta ray whilst we were there which was pretty amazing! Evening volleyball with the locals was always fun too!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Mantaray Island Resort celebrating her college graduation. Even though this resort is a backpacker's heaven (and not a luxury hotel), it had everything we needed. We stayed in a Jungle Bure right along the shore and could watch the tide roll in and out from the balcony and even from bed on lazy mornings. When we first arrived I was a little surprised to learn that I had to pay up front for 3 meals a day per person for our entire stay, but once we settled in and realized that the resort is virtually the only thing on the island and there were no other meal options it made perfect sense. The food was freshly prepared for every meal, there were numerous options, and it was plentiful and delicious! (and reasonably priced) The staff was outstanding in every way! From the moment they escorted us off the ferry to the time they delivered us to the sea plane for departure we felt incredibly safe, attended to, and cared for. After the initial introductions we were addressed by name (and even with hugs) and felt known. We felt like family. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people here.

"Beautiful Beach Experience"
The setting is gorgeous, the staff is delightful, the food is delicious. Neat and spacious bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens and just steps from the clearest blue water. The food is excellent, and that's an accomplishment when you think of the logistics of getting ingredients out there. Good mix of young and older travelers from all over the world. Singles, couples, families. Snorkel just steps into the water, but reef is badly damaged. Lots of fish anyway. Do cave tour.

"Our favourite stay!"
Staff were fantastic, we got to know everyone and had such a personal experience. Lots of entertainment and activities. buses are very nice and clean. Resort may not be as modern as some other resorts but I think it adds to its charm. Would definitely go back again, mostly to see the amazing staff!
