"Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway!"

"Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property."

"We had a great time and Norah was wonderful to work with. An issue arose, of which she was not notified by the property manager. She went over and beyond our expectations to resolve the issue and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied."

"Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking...

"My sister and I (two 65+ women) stayed in this adorable property for 4 nights and wished it could have been for longer. When planning this short vacation to Amelia Island, we had two priorities: 1) right on the beach (most important by far) and 2) close to town. This place fit the bill. The short walk over the dunes to the beach to watch the sunrise and walk the beach in the evening absolutely made this the best place for us. We didn't know Shrimp Fest would be happening when we made our plans....

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
