Smith State Park, and Devil’s Den State Park is only about 25 minutes away. Both are beautiful parks and have great hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

Except when traffic is exceptionally heavy the Cabin is a true 8 minutes from Tontitown and Sunset Highway (Hwy 412) into Springdale. Lots of eateries; we favored Las Palmas. There is a small yard, and every morning wild birds were feeding in the grass -- goldfinches, sparrows, robins, and a couple of times we saw a Blue Grosbeak. "The property was great. Wonderful playgrounds for the children. It was a great location for us. The only fly in the ointment was that we didn't have internet in the main house. The managers did their best to get it fixed but Cox wasn't cooperating. In the end I think we kind of enjoyed being unplugged."

"This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time.
