“You Can't Beat a Family Run Business”

While the facility was average, the service was exceptional. This is a family run hotel franchise under the Ramada banner. Owner was friendly, eager to socialize, and helpful whenever queried.Breakfast was included in the price, and included more than the usual "continental" fare. The indoor heated pool was olympic size, and had lanes designated for laps and for general swim. We had a wonderful view of the mountains, and an outdoor balcony to enjoy them from.

“Very Satisfied”

Can't think of an item to criticize, only kudos for everything at the hotel. With that said, the gym Ramada has guest privileges at is old and there is no air conditioning. Very inadequate equipment for serious exercisers. If physical fitness is not a big factor to your hotel, this Ramada is perfect in every way. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms, excellent service and a very good complimentary continental breakfast.

“Great value”

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and hospitality shown me for a hotel rated as 2 stars. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. A beautiful view of the mountains and very convenient to local historic sites that I was visiting. Very nice mexican restaraunt on site. Great value.

“A nice place to stay”

The hotel is well situated and easy to find off route 81. Our room was well laid out, clean, comfortable and they accepted pets. The complimentary breakfast had a nice food selection. The attached Mexican restaurant was a bonus being convenient and a good place to eat!

“Good hotel near Skyline Dr”

A good starting point for a trip to Shenandoah and Skyline Dr, much cheaper than the ones in Port Royal.

“Good Stay”

Very comfortable room. Large compared to some other motel chains. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Hairdrier in the bathroom. Good shower. A big breakfast with lots of variety, including baco, sausage and eggs. The cookies in the lobby are a nice touch for those of us who are munchers. The facility is only about 3 - 5 years old, and everything is clean and has a "new" look.

“Very pleased!”

We stayed here on our way down to the Carolinas & were very pleased. The king suite was really comfortable...great bed, very clean, really nice room for the price! We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast...much more than you would expect...my daughter loved making her own belgian waffle! Staff was friendly & helpful, would definitely stay again.

“Our Short Stay”

Didn't stay long enough to partake of all they had to offer. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
