The hotel is located on the quieter part of the strip which we enjoyed very much. You are steps away from the ocean and a 10 minute walk from the pier. There are many eatery options to choose from along the strip! Our room was clean and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Unfortunately our coffee pot and the topper was very dirty. You can buy coffee in the restaurant downstairs but just keep in mind, if you do plan on making coffee in your room, check to see if it’s clean first. There was underground parking and it was an easy process. If you are sensitive to noise, the rooms do sound hollow and the bed was creaky. There is a lot of echo and you are able to hear the room above, below and beside you. Overall, great accommodation to stay in White Rock and close by to everything to explore the area.

The property it self as a whole was good. The rooms was clean, modern colours, everything in good condition. Bed was your typical firm hotel mattress. The odd setup of the shared foyer type entrances for some of the rooms really sucks if you aren't neighbours with someone you're travelling with. There is 0 sound dampening in the foyer, so when the neighbour unlocks, slams, opens the exterior doors, you hear every click, clack and bang. Realllllllly wonderful to hear at 430am. I did bring up this issue to the front staff, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also the shower head was probably put in when the building was first built some 50 years ago. Would have been more useful not having it. As well, there is 0 sound proofing between units bathrooms as I could hear someone blowing their nose through wall.

Proximity to the ocean. The suite was awesome. No ice provided for 2 days.. Dishwasher did not clean dishes after 2 days.
