The property is listed as a 4-star spa and resort hotel - this is what both images and descriptions list on Expedia and the hotel, website. Upon arriving, there is proper pull-up area for checking and unloading luggage. As it was listed as a spa and resort getaway hotel we were expecting a calm and tranquil experience. Instead it caters more towards families with children. For example, the pool has a water slide and there is a playground on the property.
The room furniture was a mismatch of items that didn’t go together. The balcony was large but had no outdoor furniture - not even a chair.
The shower in the one bedroom suite was no larger than 3 ft by 3 ft, and the overhead rain-shower head had no nob or way to turn it on. You could only use the handheld shower head. Also, the backside of the shower is a frosted glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom so the light from the bathroom disrupts the bedroom.
This particular room had a large dining room table, however the base of the table has an unusual design which prevents you from pushing the chairs all the way in (they always stick out).
There was no breakfast restaurant at the hotel and only one lunch/dinner restaurant.
If you have luggage with wheels it will be difficult for you to pull them from the parking area to your room because the pavement is rocky gravel.
Unfortunately, several times while coming through the lobby area we were asked (again and again) if we were there for a presentation (real estate).
