“OK”

My biggest dissapointment was the continental breakfast. When I went to thge lobby area for breakfastseveral things struck me as wrong. There was no heat in the room, the juice andwaffle maker were labeled "out of order:. There were plain bagels and sugar donuts to eat, that was it. Given the layout that I saw when we registered this was not was I was expecting!

“Good hotel for a short stay on a budget”

The room was very large! We booked this hotel as a last minute hotel and we were looking for a good price! The room was very inexpensive but provided us with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. My only complaint about the room would be cleanliness. The whole time we were in the room we just felt as though it was dirty. We didn't feel comfortable walking around without our shoes on. The room was outdated which may have gave it the feeling of dirty.

“Not Friendly”

I booked 2 rooms and front desk gave me a hard time when I gave them my credit card for both rooms. They said they needed 2 credit cards for deposit. I told them I booked 2 rooms with 1 card and 1 card should cover both rooms. This went on for 5-10 minutes. One room only had one key so they did not clean our room; however the next day I left the door open as per manager and cleaining staff, but came back to find door still open and not cleaned. Continental breakfast was stale and juice was not spoiled. Staff and front desk were very confrontational when asked for towels or sheets for sofabed. I brought our trash to empty since our room was not cleaned to teh front desk to empty in the big trash can, but the front desk said trash is outback and not to empty there rudely, so then I told him to take it out since our room was not cleaned. Stay a mile away at Holiday Express that just opened.
