The location is fabulous and the value was great. The kitchen could be better stocked with better knives, etc and maybe some salt and pepper but those were minor concerns.

Right in the Village- easy walk to the gondola. Lots of hiking, biking, retail and restaurants right there. Property is not fancy but has good spaces. We had the loft room with 2 pullout single beds and a Murphy bed. The layout was perfect. It even had a kitchenette. Bedding was clean. Pool is tiny but that and the hot tub were nice after a day on the slopes. We will definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly.

The room was good but the kitchen and bathroom are too old. The cabinet door is almost falling off and there is no counter for you to prepare food. Dishwasher is not able to clean the dinnerware even when I rinsed all the dishes. The fire sprinkler is covered by grease and dust. Air conditioner filter is covered by thick dust, too. This property needs maintenance. The housekeeping is minimal. They only take the garbage and the used towels. No bed-making or toilet cleaning. The staff did their job but I don't feel they are willing to solve any problems. For example, I prepared eggs for dinner in the morning and they disappeared when we got back from the mountain. The staff just said the housekeeper didn't take them, and no follow-ups. Also, one day there was a truck blocking the garage exit so we couldn't leave. The receptionist asked me to just wait and said "What do you expect me to do, there's nothing I can do".

Looks like a youth hostel turned hotel. Rooms are from 20-30 years ago easy. Pool area and patios need renovations. Easily walkable to restaurants and slopes however. Decent for what you pay.

The stay was pleasant, the space was a bit cramped for us but clean and close to everything. The staff were very helpful and were very willing to accommodate, but we stuck it out in the space and it was not so bad. Great place to stay for younger couple looking to be close to everything.

The location was great and a lot of amenities. However, we stayed for 2 nights and have put the need change sheet sign after the first night but no one come in and change our sheet and refill the towel :(

it is a bit noisy, you can clearly hear the door open and close far away in the same floor. the front desk said since there is no room service in the morning, you need to pick up the things you need by yourself from front desk. i do not know whether it is normal around the world now. definityly , i am not quite used to it

Stock standard hotel room, no bells or whistles. Bit tired. But overall a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. Walls are thin though so request a higher floor otherwise you might have people above you moving furniture all night like we did. Fabulous location right behind Earls.

The property is centrally located, parking in the building (but $32 a day), close to the hills and all restaurants. Staff very friendly, kitchenette including small fridge, stove and microwave. Complementary clean, outdoor heated pool and ~ 7 person hot tub, indoor sauna with towel service. Easy check in-out. Best value of the Village properties. I'll be back

Staff was great room was clean Only issues we had was the smell of cigarettes like someone in the room next to us was smoking and the temperature in the room was incredibly hot Opened the patio door and adjusted the temp and the smell went away eventually

Building sound proofing is terrible. Although I found the room quite nice and functional the noise from the top floor did not let us sleep both nights we slept there. I imagine this has to do with the age/design of the building, so not an easy fix. As much as I liked the place and location and friendly staff, I will not be staying there again.
