"Had a conference downtown and decided to stay here as I usually stay at this place. The front desk attendant was superb, went above and beyond in my opinion. I thought I was registered with the RSVP program and was however my booking was done through third party, nevertheless he was wonderful and offered me a gift card to Chop Steakhouse for my confusion in booking. Totally my fault, yet he was accommodating when he need not be. That’s my kind of service "
