"What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco."

"We needed a quick overnight stop on the way from Denver to West Michigan that would allow pets. We arrived very late and getting in was a breeze. The apartment was very nice, easily accessible, and just down the street from a great bakery/coffee shop for our early departure. Just what we needed. Would happily stay again."

"My best friend from college days and I stayed here. It was a lovely apartment, very minimal in supplies but met our needs. Close to Jordan Creek mall and all the shopping there. There was a pool right outside our door but too cold to swim in April we each had pur own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice and updated. We were also close to Raccoon River Park, a great place to be outside and walk."

"We had a great time here! It was as advertised, with very responsive host and management crew. The big screen was awesome, the setup was fun and unique, and the beds were comfortable. We had only one small issue with the bathroom faucet not turning on and it was promptly addressed and fixed. The check-in process to get the FOB and parking takes a little bit of effort, but was smooth, and well instructed. Overall a great experience."

"My wife and I came to Des Moines to go to Drake Relays for the weekend. Although the property was not near campus, it was only a short car ride away, and we had the advantage of having the amenities of East Village Des Moines at our disposal. Everything about the place was as advertised. My only slight complaint was that the keypad lock to the front door was a bit finicky - it took us a few times to get the hang of it. That said, I would not hesitate to stay at this unit again."

"Received all check-in information from property host a couple hours before scheduled check-in but arrived at property to find another renter there who was doing a long term rental. Tennant called owner and he was unsympathetic and offered no help. Just said it was a mistake and there were hotels in the area. Wrong! There were several large events going on in the area and I could not find a reasonable hotel and NO available VRBO's. Offered a refund but my vacation plans were ruined. How can the...

"I am going to start with bad and end with the good. The bad: the check in and check out process was frustrating and needs a major overhaul. I will not go into the details but it was very messy and a tenant stopped and said others had the same issue. There is a train that woke us up and kept us awake. Not enough bath towels- only 2 - easy fix! Lots of sunlight in the bedroom in the morning, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. The good: location, comfortable king bed, the...

"The property itself was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our time and stay. The party barn and playset outside the kids really enjoyed. Us adults spent a lot of time in the hot tub. We are planning on renting another property of steven's at the end of the month. Overall experience was 5 stars in our eyes"

"Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up)."

"The location was perfect, right off the interstate and centrally located between everywhere we wanted to be. Very Modern style apartment but able to feel like home and still sit back and watch TV. The washer and dryer in the apartment made it very easy to head home and not have to dread doing all the laundry. Definitely will be staying here again!"
