"Had a fantastic time in Waynesville. This condo is perfect for 2 people, clean and right in the middle of Main St. We happen to be staying here during the Apple Fest right on Main St. which was a bonus. If you stay here, you have to eat at the brewery below the condo. Great food. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Parking in the back is easy. The combo lock to get keys worked well. Very nice and clean and has most essentials for kitchen. All of our group are coffee drinkers, we purchased and donated a coffee pot. The location is in the heart of downtown.. A walk down the stairs and your on mainstreet. Things to consider; it is located above a bar and restaurant. It can be a bit noisy at times. The delivery truck was there around 5am.. This really didn't bother our group but it did wake us. I will check...

"It was perfect for our needs. A beautifully decorated apartment with all that you need. We loved being on Main Street in Waynesville. Just park your car, get settled in, and walk to dining, shopping, beverages & entertainment. Best part was not having to call a car after an evening of celebratory beverages!! Just walked upstairs to apartment after the fun. We hope to visit again soon!"

"There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place. It was adequate. 2 nights there were guests next door. You could hear them all the time talking at a normal tone. The walls are paper thin. Camp ground staff was very friendly. Location is a convenient drive to everything. Walking wouldn’t be recommended. It is not “500 feet from the lake”. There is no lake view. It was clean and adequate for our short getaway. We stay 30+ nights usually. Wouldn’t do that here."

"This is a wonderful choice. Close enough to I 40 but secluded. Even though we arrived late due to work, Denise came out to say hello and give us a quick tour. It was just cool enough that after a quick hot tub soak, we used the wood stove to get cozy. We would go again and it was perfect for the 1 night reprieve that we planned."
